Ramo - A launchpad for open protocols
Ramo is a network that is running open protocols. It allows compute protocol developers to launch their service with immediate scale and without managing the complexity of bootstrapping their own network by tapping into Ramo’s large and existing network of protocol-agnostic hardware providers. Developers can thus focus on defining the workload and their validation as well as building a sound crypto-economy during the delicate launch period and using rewards emitted by their network in the most optimal way.
The core strength of the Ramo Network lies in simplifying the participation in compute protocols by splitting the roles of capital and hardware providers and splitting those again into ever more simple tasks (hardware providers split into compute vs. storage providers and so forth). Reducing the complexity of DePIN participation enabling many highly specialized providers to participate. This drives an ever greater degree of optimization which reduces the overall cost structure and increases the competitiveness of the services they collectively unlock.
Empowering anyone to start or integrate a crypto-powered compute protocol and making them interoperable with other compute protocols running on the same network, all without having to worry about the complexity of launching a new network of physical infrastructure from scratch, makes challenging centralized incumbents significantly less complex.
