Introduction to Ramo Staking

The volume of demand for resources absorbed by the network will increase the utilization of resources and the scale of provider operations which will drive down costs. To tap into this flywheel effect, Ramo Staking enables the network to attract liquidity and stake it into compute protocol economies. With a greater stake in various different networks comes the ability to secure ever more and diverse demand which in turn fuels the expansion of a larger and more competitive network of providers on the Ramo network seeking to generate greater returns.

As the liquidity locked via Ramo Staking in various protocol economies increases, the ability to execute more workloads from those specific economies does as well. The aggregation of workloads drives operational efficiencies for hardware providers since there is less idle time for their resources. Efficiency increases.

A smaller relative cost base for hardware providers also allows Ramo Staking to pass to stakers more of the block rewards emitted by the protocols that hardware is committed to (instead of using them to primarily subsidize provider operations). This helps in attracting even more capital by generating greater staking yields.
